  Worst GP i have visited. Want to leave them but no Surgery nearby are taking any more patients. You have receptionists with very poor grasp of English and always prefer to speak in Punjabi with other Punjabi speaking patients. The phone is always busy and the whole place is full of negativity! I can list so many things that have gone wrong for me personally - Late prescription - Failure to register my new born child - losing my files - removing my mother from the medical list - No speaking basic English - lack of manners/friendliness I can go on! What annoys me is that i am paying the Tax and NI contributions for these people to get a living!

  The staff are horrible, rude and heartless. I have called over 150 times in an hour and they have not picked up the phone. Many times it clearly said that the call has been rejected by the receptionist and the line wasn't just busy. When you do get through, the receptionist always says there are no appointments left even if the call has Been answered 10-15minutes pior to opening of the clinic. They hang up on me when I was half way through talking. I don't even want to give them a single star because they are all just useless. The worst gp that could exist. 100% going to report this to the council . TheIr respect towards people is non existant.
